Sales Agronomist

An exciting position has come available to join our Agronomy team. The ideal candidate would be a motivated, honest and proactive individual who is passionate about the agricultural industry.

Responsibility’s include :

  • Management and organisation of client base
  • The delivery of agronomic services (crop and nutrition management)
  • Fertiliser, chemical & seed sales
  • Expanding the business knowledge through trial management and data collection
  • Reporting fertiliser recommendations, pasture, and crop integrated weed/pest management
  • Soil testing
  • Soil nutrient planning and budgeting

Requirements include:

  • Current Australian Drivers License
  • B.A or Dip. in Agriculture/Agronomy or equivalent

HC Truck Driver

Grass Growers are looking for a suitably qualified truck drivers to join our team at Grass Growers. Working Monday – Friday, your daily duties will include:

  • Competently operate and care for trucks transporting / loading & unloading products.

  • Clean and maintain company machinery on as needed basis or as directed by maintenance staff.

  • Record and submit daily job sheet dockets, log book sheets & keep diary.

In addition to having relevant licenses you will be honest, reliable, punctual and a good team player.

Requirements include:

  • Current Australian Truck License
  • Experience driving a truck/trailer configuration.

Spreader/Tractor Driver

Grass Growers are now looking for honest, reliable, and punctual Spreader Driver(s) to join our team. Based in Terang we are a growing business spreading fertiliser and lime within a 100km radius. Daily duties include:

  • Competently operate and care for fertisliser spreading, blending, transporting, and loading machinery.

  • Load, blend, and spread fertilisers and other products in a safe and professional manner.

  • Clean and maintain company machinery on as needed basis or as directed by maintenance staff.

Experience is favorable. Backpackers and holiday workers are welcome to apply.
